NIST Synchronicity is a Preferences-panel module that will set
your NEXTSTEP system clock to the nation's official time by
making a call to National Institute of Standards and Technology's
cesium clock in Boulder, Colorado. Synchronicity will slowly
speed up or slow down the computer's time until it matches the
actual time rather than resetting the computer's clock. NIST Synchronicity offers the NEXTSTEP interface via the
Preferences application, but its functionality can be activated
via a "cron script" or the UNIX command line. Requires NEXTSTEP Release 3.1 or higher. Now shipping in Multi-Architecture Binary (MAB) format.
