Business forms, such as invoices, are graphically created with a drag-and-drop interface and dynamically connected to the accounting engine. For instance, InFlow allows the nonaccountant to fill out an invoice and, in the background, the program generates the proper accounting transaction, which can easily be audited with QuantaFlow. Sales & Purchase Orders can automatically be transformed into invoices. Upon validation, the inventory information is automatically updated.
